Why adopt this “way of life” (Ecolabel) and apply it to your way of working?

In the cleaning sector, CAMs (Minimum Environmental Criteria) are now a reference for guaranteeing environmental sustainability, and are increasingly requested in public tenders. Since 2021, the requirements for certification have become more stringent, going from 14 to 26 points out of 40, and are expected to become even more stringent in the future.

In preparing the specifications, the scores assigned to those who adopt the Ecolabel lifestyle are increasing, even reaching 10-15 points in some races. Project srl, anticipating the market, has created a division dedicated to supporting companies to obtain certification, reducing time and costs thanks to the use of advanced IT tools.

Our approach is based on total support for the customer, entering into the company dynamics to become a true “extension” of the team, a method already successfully applied in ISO certifications and in the drafting of project specifications.

Initial support activities

Project srl will support the customer for all the necessary phases which we briefly summarize:

  • Identification of the typical construction site and cost estimate;
  • Verification of both minimum and optimal site requirements;
  • Collection of site documentation (purchase invoices);
  • Data analysis within our artificial intelligence portal;
  • Drafting of the dashboard and dossier to be submitted to ISPRA;
  • Staff training;
  • Drafting of a final document certifying the end of the worksi;

    • Annual maintenance activities

    Once the certification has been obtained, Project srl, upon customer request, will also be able to take care of maintaining on a quarterly, quarterly or semi-annual basis the check that the activities continue in compliance with the ECOLABEL directives through the following activities:

  • Collection of site documentation to be analysed;
  • Verification audit;
  • Drafting of summary documents for management
